    Rev. Cosmus Mutie Wambua
    Rev. Cosmus Mutie Wambua is the administrator for St. Louis Catholic Church in Dillon, SC, and the Church of the Infant Jesus in Marion, SC. He is from Kenya, served 10 years in Peru, and has been at Our Lady, Star of the Sea as a parochial vicar for the last 3 years.

    The liaison serves as a representative of the Hispanic community and shares their needs with the priest.

  • Parish Financial Council Facilitator

    Richard Doughty
    The Finance Council reviews all financial reports and develops the parish budget. The council serves to advise the pastor on financial decisions and issues.
